Pursuing Hr generalist course since last 1.5 months under the guidance of BP Chauhan sir at Megara. Mostly teachers teaches for money but Chauhan sir is an exception because his teaching shows his passion for teaching. His way of teaching is very simple that even a average student can understand. He is never in a hurry to finish a topic rather he can repeat ‘n’ number of times till every single student in the class understand the concept well. Inshort, he is a very good teacher i have ever came across who is polite, energetic and not at all boring while lectures.
Other staff members at the Institute are also polite and humble.

I have done MBA in HR from L.P.U. The fact which prompted me to join Megara InfoTech was the lack of practical knowledge. The course in my college was fully theory driven and bookish knowledge. After my MBA, I went for some interview where mostly the practicality aspect was asked and I was lacking there. That is when I heard of Megara InfoTech and joined here. Here I was exposed to the nuances of HR practically. I came across some topics like joining formalities, PF, ESI calculations, preparing salary statement and some more. All this have helped me a lot. Now I feel a little more confident to face any kind of interview, but placement activity needs to be fine tuned.

To start off, right from the initial stages of my life I was very much interested getting to HR field. I used to see my friends (HR’s then) taking up interviews, lining up candidates, and placing them into some nice c/o’s, which excited me more to get into HR field. Then one fine day, I got a call from Megara InfoTech, and I joined here to acquire more knowledge on HR.
In the beginning, I was a little ____ and calm and did not talk to any of the trainer. As days passed on , HR and trainers were so patient in teaching in the concepts N number of times. I really had no doubts at the end of the course and they also supported me a lot in getting a very good placement in a reputed MNC.
